PROMOTION PERIOD: The Vita Bone® Give Your Pets a Voice Promotion (“Giveaway”) begins at or about 12 noon Central Time on June 14, 2017 and ends at 5 pm Central Time on July 14, 2017 (“Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period, visit http://bit.ly/2rrW2H0. Select a Vita Bone® product to review, fill out applicable information including your email address, and hit submit to post your review.

RULES, ENTRY GUIDELINES, CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Entrants may submit a review for multiple products, but only one review may be submitted per product. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification

WINNER SELECTION: Administrator will select five (5) winners from among all eligible entries. The winners will be selected by 5:00 PM CT on July 17, 2017 by random drawing and immediately notified of the prize by Sponsor via email.

PRIZES:  Five (5) prizes will be awarded following the Promotion Period. Limit one prize per household.
